Enjoy the process, its very therapeutic.
Then focus on the taste.
Chew for 20 mins, this is good for weight mangement.
Really enjoy each mouthful, the flavours and textures.
We are incredibly sensitive to texture.
It’s like magic to our senses.
Is food pleasure to you?
It is to me, it keeps me present, in the moment.
Eat slowly and share the joy of eating with friends or alone.

Being present with food gives you a feeling of “Joy”
Food is pleasure and good for your mental health.
It is proven if you prepare your own food, you tend to be happier, and healthier, consume less sugar and processed food.
