Why do I believe Compassion is part of life and surviving life?
“To be happy you need compassion, to want others around you to be happy you need to practice Compassion.”
Rewards come when you practice compassion.
When does compassion resonate for most, when the situation is serious?
Do you need to be aware and have empathy to feel compassion?
What does any situation show up as if there is no compassion?
My perception it shows up with judgment, which is negative.
This is true for Self Compassion too.
I believe this creates low self esteem and affects ones happiness.
Compassion and Self Compassion is kindness and forgiveness.
In times of uncertainty if we have no compassion for others and self, we are more likely to experience anxiety, depression, and constant negative thoughts..
